There are typically 6 to 8 sessions of 1.5 to 3 hours to a complete full head therapy. We don't feel its possible to create a natural look in only 3 sessions. However, each person is different and our SMP artist will advise the best approach for you.  Each session needs to be spaced by at least 10 days (14 recommended) so our artist can layer and apply the finishing touches.

We recommend at least 2 weeks between treatments

No, there will be a little reddening of your scalp when you leave our clinic but this usually settles well overnight. 

The industry recommends to top up every 3 to 5 years. We feel a more minor top up each year is more appropriate. The choice is yours. 

Softening may occur but this would be in line with expectations and fully explained to you during the process.

There is usually a small discomfort but nothing more. The process of Scalp Micropigmentation is not as invasive as a regular tattoo.

Depending upon your style (buzz cut or shaved), we recommend shaving every 1 to 2 days to keep your appearance smart .
